Farm engagement photos :: Jen + TJ
From blue skies to storm clouds, and a killer sunset – we had it all for Jen and TJ’s farm engagement photos. The lighting for the session was a photographer’s dream (at least for me 😉 ).
In August I met Jen and TJ at their family farm. Their engagement session is an awesome example of why photographers will suggest to have your photos taken 2 hours before sunset, or during the golden hour. The skies change so quickly during this time, and it provides many different lighting opportunities. It’s also the warmest and softest light.
We spent the evening exploring the fields, climbing hay bales and wading in the stream. TJ and Jen were up for pretty much anything, which made for a laid back session. I’m still in awe of the beautiful lighting. Bright sun, moody skies and a magenta sunset – yes please!
I’m looking forward to capturing their summer 2017 wedding. Enjoy 🙂
